Analysis of the causes of vibration pump there are many reasons why building unit and pump vibration, both to have the relation and interaction between some factors, mainly in the following four reasons.

    1.electrical

    The motor is the main equipment of motor unit, imbalance of internal magnetic imbalance and other electrical systems, often causes the submersible pump

    Vibration and noise. Such as asynchronous motor in operation, the stator and rotor tooth harmonic magnetic flux caused by the interaction between rotor and stator radial alternating magnetic pull, or large synchronous motor in operation, stator and rotor magnetic center inconsistent or all directions gap difference exceeds the allowable deviation and so on, are likely to cause vibration and noise of motor cycle.

    2.mechanical

    The motor and pump rotating parts unbalance, crudely made, bad installation quality, unit axis asymmetric, runout exceeds the allowable value, the mechanical strength and stiffness of the poor parts, bearings and sealing parts wear and damage, and the critical speed resonance frequency and pump units have been induced, will produce strong vibrations and noise.

    3.hydraulic

    The water pump inlet velocity and pressure distribution is not uniform, the import and export pump working pressure pulsation of fluid, the liquid flow, drift and flow separation, caused by non quota conditions and for various reasons such as cavitation, are common causes of pump unit vibration. The water pump starts and stops, the valve opening and closing, water pipelines caused conditions change as well as the emergency shutdown dynamic transition process of the dramatic changes in the pressure and the water hammer effect, often lead to pump and turbine vibration.

    4.water and other aspects

    The unit inlet design is not reasonable or not complete, and the unit pump submergence depth is improper, pump control valve start and unit

    And the shutdown sequence is not reasonable, will cause the deterioration of water conditions, swirl, induced cavitation or aggravate unit and pump vibration. The damage siphon vacuum breaker unit at startup, if the hump air entrainment is difficult, the formation of long siphon; beat the door cutout unit door design is not reasonable, open and shut, and constantly hit the door seat; poor rigidity causes uneven subsidence or basic foundation to support the pumps and motors, also will cause the unit vibration.
